Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all works carried out by LKT Electrical Services Ltd.

1. Acceptance of Terms. By instructing us to carry out works, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Quotations and Scope. All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Works are limited to the agreed scope.

3. Payment. Invoices are payable within the stated terms. Late payments may incur interest and recovery costs.

4. Completion. Works are deemed complete upon commissioning. Minor snagging does not justify withholding payment.

5. Cancellations. Cancellation charges apply based on notice given and project value.

6. Liability. We carry appropriate insurance. Liability is limited to the level of insurance held. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

7. Client Responsibilities. Clients must provide safe access, utilities, permissions, and disclose hazards.

8. Warranties. Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied goods. Labour may be chargeable.

9. Force Majeure. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

10. Governing Law. English law applies.
